There is a difference. This on is an announcement while the other one is an information thread. Now if you think about it the information thread should go in information while the introduction should go in announcements.

Pretty Ironic coming from the guy who got banned for being "Mean" and a few infracts from "Hackusating" Woah, didn't know we're speaking to the King of Salt :O , Consider me humbled.
Whats that smell on your post? Reeks of uneducated, brainless little kiddy to me, someone needs to take a shower to wash of the salt!
