After recently having an Administrator meeting, Fouled and myself have decided that we need to increase transparency between the staff team and the community. The administration logs will be filled out when an update/progress has been made regarding anything related to administrating the server; eg advertising, ect. Obviously we aren't going to put everything on here and some information is classified but the stuff the the community can and should know will be posted below.

Mod Activity
In order to keep moderator activity high after the holidays we're implementing a new system to assess moderators activity. We'll be tracking things like punishments, extra activities they do apart from moderating, leave and general activity. Senior Staff will be doing this bi-weekly.

For the next week we'll be focusing on a few things:
- Looking over suggestions.
- Increasing efficiency & organisation of the Senior Moderators + Admins.
- Fixing/adding some rules.

So far here is what I've been able to get done:- Currently reading feedback on the rules and making a draft. Should be done within the next day or so.
- Preparing to open Translator applications and trying to get them back on their feet.
- I've started to look into youtubers and some other stuff.

Things that have been done so far:
- Rules are live.
- I contacted some of the youtubers that I said I looked into in the previous post.
note: Both admins are on leave/busy with other things, hence why not much has been done on top of the normal stuff.

- Been preparing for the Q/A.
- Dealing with inactive mods.
- Switching over to discord, the staff that is.

- Had success contacting youtubers!
- Been doing some neat planning and development for some nice stuff :)
- Sorting out what to do about staff activity and the kids that keep targetting us.
- Translator apps were opened.

Last month or so;
- Some changes have been made to the L rule.
- Had a senior staff meeting.
- Starting to focus back onto moderator activity, especially on Teamspeak.

- I've assigned Passively as head translator for the time being as I don't have the time or the motivation to be dealing with them. He'll be providing a proper structure to the team and he'll fix what i couldn't.

Heyo,
Although Posighdon and PieZ are no longer here, the admin team will continue using this log to keep relations as transparent as possible. Seeing as this is 2 months overdue, I'll run down some important recent changes.
- Staff applications #soon
- 2 new admins (Crazy and myself)
- Changes to mentors.
- Content creator rank for those passionate about Avicus content.

Although it has been a while, the Administration team will continue to post on here to inform you of recent progress and administrative work.
So here is our most recent work:
- Looking into new payment methods for the online Avicus Store. We are trying to cover a number of different methods of payments for our customers, so expect new payments gateways soon!
- The Avicus Instagram account (@officialavicus) is now a business account, to cater to our company's needs. This also allows us to promote Avicus across Instagram - promoted advertisements.
- Improving Administrator efficiency. Recently, we introduced an Administrator Trello for better organization and rate of work.
- Promoting voting more.
- Organising and improving Moderation tools (guidelines, mutes (thank you to ALM, etc)).
- Working with Owners to decide the direction of Avicus.
- Looking at new ideas to improve the state of the Avicus store - better prices and perks.
- Keeping consistency throughout all sectors. Small changes have been made to ensure all departments have the same work resources and workspace.
- Working with the Outreach team (Kord) on our most recent advertisement. We have noticed gradual improvements in our player counts, which we are hoping to continue. A big thank you to Kord for his hard work in our current and starting advertisement.
- Check up on Content Creators. We are also looking for new ideas to further promote the rank.

Well, here's what's mostly happened in the past week (in the Admin team):
- A repeated week of advertising.
- Reviewing Developer Applications.
- Working on a system to improve Senior Staff efficiency (especially in departments).
- Lowering the Content Creator sub-count to 150. Still reviewing other suggestions to improve the rank.
- Continuing Staff Spotlights.
- Reviewing Content Creator applications.
- Working on a new possible Community Spotlight!
