i'm just new with ts and i just installed ts 3 which is i want to connect but how will i do it? (explain it to me and here's the pic please)

I think you press connect, then put in the ip

When I first downloaded Teamspeak my firewall was blocking it so maybe try configuring that.

teamspeak is not down

I dunno whats happening? Should be working fine and you're doing right.
