I see way too many people on the forums or on skype asking
when they should receive his/her rank. If you have not received your rank in 48 hours email the support or ask a director on skype.
But
Here
is how you are properly suppose to get your rank. When you buy the rank, make
sure you are logged onto the Avicus server. I do this on every server I donate
to and get my rank in 30 seconds tops.
So
this is just info for people who are thinking of donating soon. Make sure you are on the server when you buy the rank.

*48 hours, and being on the server has nothing to do with a payment going through.

It has always worked for me, and when I have not been on a server and I donated it did not work.
