If i am banned from the server am i still aloud to interact with the Forums if it is a no i will kindly leave and if it is permitted then id gladly stay with this community.

You are allowed to view and post on the forums, even when youre banned in-game.

Only users that have been web-banned (whether it be temporary or permanent) do not have access.
