It'll run all modern games, at what quality settings, Im not entirely sure. But I imagine quite well.

That is really good. It will support most modern games too. But since it doesn't have graphics integrated in it, I suggest looking for a video card also.

That is really good. It will support most modern games too. But since it doesn't have graphics integrated in it, I suggest looking for a video card also.
It has the MSI r9 280?? o.O

Things I would change

PSU: CX600M
Case: NZXT Source 220 or 210
OS: Windows 8 (I know it's stupid butt games will run a bit better on it.
And you might need to change the ram with something else because it's too high profile for the cooler.

It would be OK with air, but i would also suggest water cooling.

It shouldn't -its running @ 3.5 ghz
