What do you consider 'good FPS'? by zdq August 1, 2014 at 12:08 PM UTC

Yea.. All in the title really..^

ViolentBoo August 1, 2014 at 12:08 PM UTC

I need 60 when playing minecraft.

Anything else I can play at 45.

Lawl August 1, 2014 at 12:08 PM UTC

Anything above 60 for me is good.

MajestysDream August 1, 2014 at 12:08 PM UTC

I normally get 60, which I think is just fine.

Porkyyy August 1, 2014 at 12:08 PM UTC

60 and higher is perfect for me. When I am recording, I might drop to 50, depending on what I am recording, but that is the lowest for me.

I knew you weren't hacking.

OmniDom August 1, 2014 at 1:08 PM UTC

Wow i would be lucky to get 50

UnkelBen August 1, 2014 at 1:08 PM UTC

I get a good 60-100, thats enough for me.
If you ask tel6331 you wouldnt believe how much he gets.

zdq August 1, 2014 at 1:08 PM UTC

Lol. I saw in Stimpy's Q&A, he said he gets 500 FPS T_T

HotAndCrunch August 1, 2014 at 1:08 PM UTC

50 or more

fazer153 August 1, 2014 at 1:08 PM UTC

(in my opinion) Terribad - 1-5, bad - 6-20, better - 21-30, descent - 31-60, good - 61+

awesome_apricot August 1, 2014 at 1:08 PM UTC

60-100 is average for me. Anything 100+ is great.

KooDaLord August 1, 2014 at 2:08 PM UTC

I get 65-105 and its perfect :)

Cxnfirmed August 1, 2014 at 3:08 PM UTC

above 30 is good for me. i always play with 30+-

MLG_Jirafa August 1, 2014 at 3:08 PM UTC

30 is good enough

kycrafft August 1, 2014 at 3:08 PM UTC

Idk what's good because I've never run on anything above 60 :(  . So I wouldn't know what higher fps would be like.

FirstSintax August 1, 2014 at 3:08 PM UTC

10-20 is enough for me to play

adrianosborne August 1, 2014 at 3:08 PM UTC

70-130

chaibrit1 August 1, 2014 at 4:08 PM UTC

60+ fps is considered great for me :P

hpux August 1, 2014 at 5:08 PM UTC

I never get anything above 60 on my computer. I consider anything below 20 to be pretty bad, 20-40 is ok, 41-70 is good, and 71+ is great.

Myv August 1, 2014 at 5:08 PM UTC

Well, over 100 is great, but I struggle to get 50, but over 40 is fine for me.

ImRaging August 1, 2014 at 5:08 PM UTC

60+  I think I would say is 'good'. However I have yet to reach above 30, let alone 60! But I Should be getting one that gets 60 while recording so yeah, excited about that!

ShiptheBattle August 1, 2014 at 6:08 PM UTC

I would say 50-100 Fps is a good range.
I can still do great with 45, but it's difficult to play with 30 FPS and lower.

Cyrus49 August 1, 2014 at 6:08 PM UTC

anything over 1 (for my computer)

zaidms0987 August 1, 2014 at 7:08 PM UTC

All I get is 20-30 on average, and 17-23 with skype. Anything above 35 is good for me.

goldenwalrus909 August 1, 2014 at 7:08 PM UTC

My monitor doesn't display anything over 60 FPS, but I get kind of nervous when it gets under 100.. xD
So anything 120+ is good :3

Iron August 1, 2014 at 8:08 PM UTC

25 is decent for me :3

Hete August 1, 2014 at 8:08 PM UTC

I would say anything Between 60 - 100 Fps Would be the Best. (Although the best my computer gets 60 :/)

Wait.. what? I dont get it, if your monitor doesn't display anything above 60.. how can you get 100 FPS? o.O

MLGtino August 1, 2014 at 11:08 PM UTC

If I get above 50 I feel as though God has gifted me life and the ability to PvP without dying every 10 seconds.

So ye 50 is kool

LeCobalt August 1, 2014 at 11:08 PM UTC

above 60

disable v-sync :P

Riskayyy August 2, 2014 at 1:08 AM UTC

The human eye cannot see more than 60FPS . That's why 60FPS feels the same as 150.

unless you have a better monitor

I get 100 FPS because my computer can handle 100, it just only shows 60 because my monitor can't refresh enough times in one second.

_DC August 2, 2014 at 1:08 AM UTC

People say that you can't see the difference between 120 fps and 60 fps. I find 120 fps is smoother and here is why I think that is. The human eye can see 50-60 fps but is not a precise MS count between each "photo". So a 60 fps rate would stutter slightly with your eyes as I said because it's not to the MS accurate. 120 fps would mean more updates thus having a smoother appearance even if your eyes can only see 50-60fps. Understand now?

So I say 120 fps if your monitor can display that fast. (mine can)

But 60 FPS are lagging at my display???

build_high August 2, 2014 at 12:08 PM UTC

20v20 match I max at 10-15
10v10 match I max at 15-20
5v5 match I max at 20-30 :0

thats why I always play empty matches, it doesn't really matter though because my ping is soo high (over 480)

Pinkyice003 August 2, 2014 at 12:08 PM UTC

60+

PrinceRelyt August 2, 2014 at 1:08 PM UTC

30+ is the lowest you can play for enjoyable gameplay
60+ is very stable and is very good for PvPing.

I normally play at 15-25 FPS.
