Better Quality? by Porkyyy June 10, 2014 at 8:06 PM UTC

So I render all of my YouTube videos in 720p (HD), and it looks very good when I'm recording it, nothing is blurry or anything.
My recording software is fraps, but I have tried using Camtasia too, yet whenever I upload my videos and watch them, they always look like they are VERY low quality, even when I watch it in 720p.

Could you guys please help me with this?
I cannot find a solution no matter what I do. :'(

Ummm delete some unneeded files and things and get a bit of room on your harddrive. And you also need a good internet :)

The internet has nothing to do with it, internet is only used for uploading speed. :P
I deleted all things on my computer that I didn't need a little while ago, but still the same quality :/

I render my videos in movie maker, record in fraps and upload directly through youtube and they're fine. What editing software do you use?

I use Sony Vegas Pro 12, but I started in Movie Maker and the quality looks the exact same.

With movie maker don't click "Save project". Click file, go into "Save movie" and click "recommended for this project".

You might just be saving it instead of rendering it

Nah, I'm rendering, I've even looked up tutorials online.
GAH this is so frustrating!
