Looking for new gaming computer!

So, hey guys!
I've been playing on avicus for 2 years. It was good but it would be better if I'd play with good gaming comp. Recently my computer started lagging insanely. So, I decided to buy a new computer. I'm ready to pay for it from 500$ to 5000$. I don't know, I could pay more just give me something that will make me feel like it's computer that I'll buy.
Requirements:
- Windows 7/8 (Doesn't matter, both Windows are good)
- Good graphics card (Your choice, I'll let you choose)
- Water cooling system (If possible)
- It should be able to run like 2 GTAs at the same time
- Good fps in minecraft (no limitations really)
- I should be able to record
Feel free to ask me anything via replies. If you want to, you can custom build it.

2xIntel Core i7-5930K
2x Geforce GTX Titan Z
Will cost a lot more than 5000$ but you will be able to run even 3 GTA's on your desktop
